Return/Refund Policy
Beard Books does not accept returns on books and does not provide a refund for any amount of the purchase price for a book. All of the books are Print-on-Demand meaning that there is no inventory of books for which returns can be placed. All of the books are printed at the time of the order and shipped directly to the customer. This precludes us from taking returns on any book and from offering a refund on any purchase made through either the Web site or via customer service. Shipping and Delivery Beard Books utilizes United Parcel Service for delivery of all book orders. The shipping cost is $6.95 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book ordered and is good for only US and Canada orders. All other countries will be given their shipping cost when contacted by customer service when the order is processed. Estimated delivery time for book orders varies and is based upon how quickly we can obtain and ship the books, the shipping address, etc. Rush orders are handled on a case-by-case basis through customer service.
